Greetings. It is time to start thinking and planning for your child's summer youth events. St. James would like to help you with the expenses of the many offered activities since all of these young people are our kids too! We want to be fair and clear about what we are able to do this year. We have established some guidelines and want to share them with you.

- Applications must be completed for each youth event your child wants to attend and submitted to Haley Sanderson, Youth Director by the established deadline.
- Parents are responsible for 1/3 of the cost of each event.
- St. James can provide the remainder of the cost, with a maximum total of $750 per child this summer.
-Parents need to request scholarship funds in writing, using the format below for each event and submit to Haley Sanderson by the established deadline with the event application.

This should allow for all of our youth to participate in most or all of the events of their choosing. We hope this will help with your summer plans.
